1. How do I order?
To order email the item(s) you wish to purchase, your name and phone number to sales@moushart.com. We will confirm your order and send you an invoice within 24-48 hours. (if you are ordering a RING, please read information on rings below)

2. How can I pay?
Moushart prefers paypal or credit card. We accept V/MC/Amex/Discover. The credit card address must be verified and must be the same as the shipping address on all first time orders. Moushart will also accept checks for orders under $150. Please note there is a $25 fee on all returned checks.

3. How much is shipping and when will my items ship?
Most jewelry is made to order. All items will come packed in a sheer organza gift bag with a care instruction card.
Items will ship UPS, insured,  within 2 weeks of payment completion as jewelry is handmade to order. Shipping timeline may fluctuate with larger or custom orders. Shipping and packaging is broken down as follows:
0-$50:  $7.00
51-$100: $10.00
$101-$400: $12.00
$401-$1000: $15.00
$1000+: price given upon ordering

4. What does “gold-filled” mean?
14/20 wire or 1/20 Rolled gold wire is created by taking a sheet of  14 kt. gold and bonding it through extreme heat and pressure to a core of semi-precious metal (sterling silver or brass). The finished product is a tube of gold of the appropriate karat weight which is very thick compared to gold plate, gold electroplate or rolled gold plate. The quantity of gold must be at least 1/20th by weight of the total product. This is commonly marked as 14/20, 12/20 or 10/20, which mean receptively 1/20th by weight 14Kt. gold-filled, 12Kt. gold-filled, etc. Do not confuse gold-fill with gold plated! Gold fill has 100 times the amount of gold as gold plate

5. What about ring size and metal?
Many of the handmade rings are difficult to get to an exact size. We suggest you specify ‘small, medium, or large’ (small= @4-6, medium =@6-8, large= @8-10) and try out the ring on different fingers. If you want to specify a size, please do so to the nearest whole size (5, 6, 7) and we will do our best to accommodate.

Some rings indicate they are “adjustable”.  These can be gently squeeze or opened. With these rings we still encourage you to specify ‘small, medium or large’ so we can make sure you get the best fit possible.
Please specify “GOLD or SILVER” when ordering a ring unless it is indicated that it is only made with one type of metal.

6. How do I care for my new jewelry?
At Moushart we use quality materials and advanced techniques to increase the
jewelry’s stability and longevity. However, handmade jewelry can be delicate,
so a little extra care will go a long way to insuring you will be able to enjoy your
jewelry for years to come.

Store your jewelry either lying down flat or hanging straight to prevent kinks. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as it may fade some stones over time. Sterling silver and gold-fill metals can tarnish with age, so it's best to store your jewelry in an airtight container. Always remove jewelry before swimming and bathing.

Liquid jewelry cleaning solution is not safe for our jewelry and may damage the stones. To clean your jewelry we recommend that you simply run a soft cloth over the stones. For harder to reach spaces, such as the wires in between the stones on wire wrapped jewelry, just give a gentle scrub over the area with a soft toothbrush and sudsy water. Silver can be cleaned gently with a silver polishing cloth.

7. What is your exchange / return policy?
Sales are final however should you find the jewelry does not meet your expectations please contact us within 10 days of delivery for exchange options. Sometimes we can rework the jewelry so that it works for you. Jewelry must in original condition and unworn.  No exchanges on rings, custom orders, sale orders or exchanges without approval.

8. Do you repair jewelry?
Jewelry is always carefully inspected prior to shipment and should arrive to you in perfect condition. If you find that not to be the case, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
Moushart will repair any damage to your jewelry within the first 60 days of purchase for only the cost of shipping as long as the damage was due to normal wear and not extraneous circumstances. After 60 days, we are happy to repair your jewelry for a small fee. Email for details- info@moushart.com.
